Data we collect
- Email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver your purchased report and send order-related communications.
- Billing information — processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Analytics — we use Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (analytics.guia.fr), to understand aggregate traffic and usage. Umami does not set cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
Purpose of processing
- Fulfilling your order and delivering the report you purchased
- Payment processing and fraud prevention (via Stripe)
- Understanding aggregate site usage to improve the product
- Responding to support requests sent to hello@tld.report
Retention
Order and billing records are retained for as long as required by French commercial and tax law (typically 10 years for accounting records). Support email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your request, and no longer than 3 years of inactivity.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@tld.report. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
